We want you to feel confident in every EdReal purchase. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy.
Eligible Returns
EdReal accepts returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
The product must be unopened.
The original seal must be intact.
The product must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
Returns that meet all three conditions above will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Why We Can't Accept Opened Returns
Each EdReal lab contains educational materials and hands-on project components that are designed to be used together as a complete learning experience. Once a kit has been opened, we are unable to verify the completeness of the materials or prepare them for resale.
For this reason, opened labs cannot be returned or exchanged.
We encourage you to review the product descriptions, age ranges, and program details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about which lab is right for your family, please reach out to us before ordering — we're happy to help.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at hello@edreal.org within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@edreal.org within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
