Every EdReal lab ships free within the United States. No minimums. No codes. Just free standard shipping on every order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after your order has shipped. Total time from order to delivery is usually 7–11 business days.
Shipping Carrier
EdReal uses trusted national carriers for all shipments. Carrier selection may vary by region and order volume.
Shipping Destinations
EdReal currently ships within the United States only. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping options will be announced when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@edreal.org. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
